Spirits are used to complement the perfumed notes, to better assimilate the blend and balance of the notes. Perfumers also use them for their warm character <\/strong>and enchanting<\/strong>. The first drinks are thought to have appeared in China 7,000 BC. The term spirit comes from the Latin \"spiritus<\/strong>\"that<\/span> correspond \u00e0 la distillation. Initialement, ce terme faisait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l’\u00e2me de la boisson alcoolis\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Perfumers inspired by the world of spirits\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Many perfumers have been inspired by the world of spirits.<\/span><\/p>

Notably the famous Guerlain house, which has combined rum and vanilla in its perfume: \"<\/span>Double Vanilla Spirits<\/b>\". But also Serge Lutens, the revolutionary of the perfume world, with his perfume: \"<\/span>Iron Life<\/b>\". Or Cartier, with its perfume \"<\/span>l'Heure Brillante<\/b>\"A combination of the acidity of lemon and gin. And last but not least, the illustrious Tom Ford fragrance \"<\/span>Black Orchid<\/b>\"It's a combination of rum-soaked black plum and black orchid.<\/span><\/p>
